Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date April 20, 2025

1. Enrollment in the Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete affiliate application via our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason, at our sole discretion.

You must also let us know that you’ve applied by contacting us at sarah@dandelion-seeds.com so we can send you your personalized link. This process is not currently automated and manual approval of each applicant is required.

2. Affiliate Obligations

– You agree to promote our website and products/services in a truthful and ethical manner.
– You will not make any false claims or misrepresent our brand.
– You are solely responsible for ensuring your marketing materials comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the FTC’s endorsement guidelines and GDPR (if applicable).

3. Approved Promotional Methods

You may promote your affiliate link through:
– Your parenting-related blog, website, or social media accounts.
– Email newsletters (only with proper permissions and compliance with spam laws).
You may not:
– Use paid advertising that competes with our own brand keywords.
– Post affiliate links on coupon or deal websites without approval.
– Engage in cookie stuffing, cloaking, or any misleading tactics.

4. Commission and Payment

You will earn a commission of 10% on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link.
Commissions are paid automatically after you connect your payment account.
No commission will be paid on refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent orders.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your participation at any time by providing written notice.

Upon termination:
– All licenses and rights granted to you will be revoked.
– You must immediately remove all affiliate links and marketing materials.

6. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our logos and promotional materials solely for the purposes of this program. You may not modify our materials without prior written approval.

7. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared with you about our business, products, or customers must be kept confidential during and after your participation in the program.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the affiliate program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the past 6 months.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend you review the terms regularly.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
