Jesus, the Gentle Parent is a book to read, reread, and internalize. In these pages, you’re going to find keen insights and powerful Scriptural truths…Before agreeing to write the foreword for Jesus, The Gentle Parent, I carefully read and examined how L.R. had engaged the subject, and I will be able to say without hesitation that I am a better person, a better father, a better human being, and a better Christian for doing so. -Samuel S. Martin, Biblical scholar based in Jerusalem, Israel and writer of Thy Rod and Thy Workforce, They Comfort Me: Christians and the Spanking Controversy
