Picky Eater: Support for Trying New Foods

Here are some tips to help the picky eater try more foods and round out their diet. In addition to these, I recommend not framing foods as "good" or "bad" -- focus more on balance. Also, have some fun with what you call foods (who needs "broccoli" when you can eat "trees"?). Watch more tips here!
